Builder by trade, storyteller by passion.

I'm Jag Mangat — a project manager, podcaster, and creator who's spent a career turning complex plans into finished work. By day I lead projects for the Government of British Columbia, where I've worked since 2008. The discipline of project management — scope, schedule, budget, people — is the same craft I bring to everything else I do.

Outside of work I host Jaggy Sports, a podcast where sport, culture, and conversation meet, and I create content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. I'm also a licensed general contractor — happiest when an idea on paper becomes something real you can stand in.
